I have been involved in a traffic accident.

I am at this location.
If a crash happens
First avoid further danger without putting yourself in traffic. Call the appropriate emergency service promptly. Tell the dispatcher your location, what happened and how many people are hurt. Follow their instructions; do not delay a call to complete a checklist or take photographs.
Explain where you are
Give the city, district, road name, nearest junction or landmark, and travel direction. Show a saved Chinese address to a nearby person if you need help. Read coordinates only if requested and you can verify them. RideCN does not access your location.
Communicate clearly
Describe what you can observe: the number injured, whether they respond and whether they appear to be breathing. Ask a nearby person to interpret if possible. English-language support is not guaranteed. Follow professional instructions rather than attempting unfamiliar treatment.
Medical help & preparation
For a medical emergency call 120. For non-emergency care, ask your accommodation or insurer to help identify a suitable hospital and confirm its services directly. Save emergency contacts offline. Carry personal medication, dressings and basic supplies you know how to use; a first-aid kit does not replace trained help.
Check your bike before every ride
Check tyre condition and pressure, both brakes, wheel and axle security, steering, chain, lights and battery charge. Take water, food, a pump, compatible tube or repair kit and tools you can use. Stop riding if a safety-critical fault appears.
Plan carefully. Check current local laws, weather and road conditions before every ride. Read our disclaimer ↗
