From one rider to another
RideCN is an independent, non-commercial educational project founded by a Chinese high school student and road cycling enthusiast. The founder has real road-cycling and school cycling-club experience. This project turns that interest into accessible information for international visitors.
Why RideCN?
An unfamiliar road is only part of the challenge. Different rules, navigation tools, payment systems and languages can make a trip harder to plan. We bring these questions together in clear English and Chinese, encouraging preparation and cross-cultural understanding through cycling.
Independent by design
RideCN does not represent a government, university, tourism agency, cycling federation or emergency service. It claims no institutional certification. “Non-commercial” describes the project’s purpose; it does not claim registered charity or tax-exempt status.
A project that can grow carefully
Chengdu is the first city guide. Future cities, GPX files, rider feedback and impact reports will be added only when useful content and evidence are available. There are no invented visitor counts, reviews or partnerships. Read Sources & Updates for the current record.
Plan carefully. Check current local laws, weather and road conditions before every ride. Read our disclaimer ↗
